Shipping & Delivery



Most order over $200 qualify for same-day, 1-2 day delivery. The only exceptions to these rules are items not in stock, items drop shipped from the manufacturer or oversized items that require freight shipping such as body parts. In these instances, items may take longer to deliver or may be charged freight.

Same day shipping orders must be received by PRD Performance by 2:30 PM EST. If an order is placed after this cutoff, same day shipping cannot be guaranteed. We will try our very best to get your product shipped out, however, if the order is recieved after our cutoff!

We use UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL to ship our products. Oversized items are shipped via freight truck / LTL.

Freight and oversized orders are not subject to our same day shipping claims nor our 1-2 day delivery claims. Freight and oversized items require inspection and a customers signature upon delivery. These items almost always require the customer to set up a delivery day and time with the courier. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange this with the courier. Couriers will, in almost all cases, contact the customer via customers provided telephone number at checkout to arrange delivery. Failure to find damage during the delivery inspection will prevent you from filing a damage claim once signed for. It is your right to inspect for damages. The courier cannot prevent you from inspecting the product before signing the bill of lading or forcing you to sign the bill of lading before inspection. If damage is found, note it on the bill of lading and accept the product. Be as detailed as possible as this will be used to determine refund and return eligibility.

Shipments rejected because of, but not limited to, wrong address provided, address does not accept deliveries, no one was available to sign etc. will be charged any fees and return shipment costs. These costs will be taken off of the refund once item makes it back to the origin destination. A 20% restocking fee will also be assessed.

PRD Performance does not ship to addresses that differ from billing addresses. This is done to prevent fraud. Please contact your billing company prior to placing an order to address any issue that might arise because of this.

If shipping to a PO Box or similar destinations, please confirm prior to placing your order that an item can be delivered to specific PO Box or similar destinations. You can contact PRD Performance for information such as shipping dimensions and weight to provide to PO Box operator so they can confirm a shipment can be received by them. Items rejected by a PO Box will be subjected to our shipment rejection policy stated above.
